tout d’abord je tiens à remercier Zen, qui m’a autorisé à poster sur cet évènement,
Ainsi qu’aux organisateurs Italiens (Loris, Ermes, Mario, Ruggero et Vanni.)Plutôt qu’un long discours je vous fait part de l’annonce faite par les organisateurs :
« The Panerai -Day will be on April 09 with the possibility to already meet on Friday 08.
We’ve thought to organize a visit in the storical part of Prosecco DOCG but due to logistic reasons, the hotel will be near Treviso so it can be simply reached from Treviso and Venezia airports.
From the hotel we’ll reach on a bus, Valdobbiadene, where we’ll visit a winery in the heart of Cartizze (with the possibility of other initiatives).
In the Valdobbiadene area will take place the dinner in a tipycal farm with local dishes of the Treviso area and rivers of Prosecco DOCG.
At the end of the dinner, the bus will take us back to the hotel.
On Sunday 10, for a suitable part of the group, Vanni will be available to guide whoever wants to visit Venezia.
Due to the many requests, on Saturday will be available a security service.
Only 90 people can take part at the meeting (90 is the maximum capacity of the farm).
The hotel is a 4 stars one of the latest construction with a beautiful hall where we can discuss freely and at the same time there are a pizza shop (Pizzeria) and a Steakhouse.
The hotel prices are:double room with a single use: 89Eur
double room: 109EurThe price includes the buffet breakfast.
Other hotel services are available such as a bus service from Treviso and Venezia airports and the same service to Treviso and Mestre railway stations.
All offers and hotel prices will be sent through e-mail.
The hotel can only be booked directly from the members.
The partecipation amount will be in function of the number of members. This because it’ll count the bus service and the security service. Anyway the probable amount will be about 60Eur.
A deposit of 40Eur will be requested and it’ll be payd through a procedure which will be early explained (this operation wil be managed by mariocorto).
The last day for the reservation is 15/03/2011

donc, si vous êtes interressés, que vous êtes dispo. vers ces dates, n’hésitez pas…
et n’attendez pas!!! même si la date limite indique le 15/03/2011…je me tiens dispo pour les questions ou infos ou les réservations de votre place pour la GTG…
